“Tips” from a “Book” “Author”

The big “book” news this week, of course, is that Sarah Palin’s memoir, Going Rogue (that title is the real title), will be out in November, several months ahead of schedule. To take a short list and make it shorter, here are my four favorite entries from David Letterman’s Top Ten Sarah Palin Tips for Writing a Book:

10. Close curtains so you don’t get distracted by Russia.

6. Limit yourself to one “You betcha” per chapter.

4. When in doubt, just type (wink).

2. Have the book translated for sale to European countries like London.
